How it works

​Both UK and International customers receive the same mail. Unfortunately, due to higher shipping costs, the international mail costs extra.

Mail is sent the first week of each month with 1st class Royal mail stamp for UK orders and standard international stamp for other countries.

Join by the 25th of each month to receive the following month's mail (Example: If you join on or before the 25th of November, you will receive December’s mail. If you join after the 25th of November, you will receive January’s mail.)

The subscription is billed on the same day when you subscribe. Reoccurring payments will be taken on the same date when you first subscribed.

Shipping is included in the price. UK customers should expect their mail to be received within 1-2 working days from the day of shipping.

International customers should expect their mail to be received between 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world.

Please note that shipping times may vary, and it can take longer than the expected time, due to customs, postal delays and peak seasons. Once the mail is shipped, it is in the hands of the mail delivery service and I am unable to guarantee when it will be delivered.

Please ensure that you input the correct name, address and email address when you sign up, to ensure prompt delivery and so I can get in touch in case of any changes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note if you already paid for the subscription for the following month, this cannot be cancelled and you will still receive the next month’s mail.
